The P.E.C.A. energy sheet has a high electromagnetic field stemming from the P.E.C.A. symbol. It is specifically intended to cleanse and release anxious thoughts, emotions and thought patterns. It is used for dealing with personal distress and anguish resulting from burdening interpersonal relationships that cause tension or chaos within an individual.
In order for a person to not have to share their inner burdens with others and thus additionally poisoning their environment or relationships with their grief or trauma, they can express their thoughts and emotions onto the sheet with the P.E.C.A. symbol. During this process they are free to express themselves fully just as they truly and genuinely feel. This will cleanse them of various toxic contents and internally profoundly relax them so that they can re-establish a more positive attitude towards the person or situation that before proved challenging, suffocating or oppressive for them.
