Recapitulation with the P.E.C.A. symbol
The process of using the P.E.C.A. energy sheet, for purifying the residues of events that occurred in a person’s past, causing them psychological anguish, is called the recapitulation with the P.E.C.A. symbol. A person is free to write about whatever is causing them emotional pain, stirring dark thoughts and anger, flaring hatred or mean words, etc. Each person is entitled to experience such feelings but to avoid harming others or poisoning their environment with them, they can help themselves by writing them down and letting such emotions roam free. It is advised they continue writing on the P.E.C.A. sheet until they finally feel completely “empty”. Then they fold the sheet and store it for nine days and nine nights in order for the P.E.C.A. symbol’s energy field to transform this burden. On the tenth day they re-read the contents of the sheet, meanwhile observing their feelings, and then burn the sheet. The ashes may be discarded in a free-flowing river or in the toilet. This process is excellently complemented and energetically supported by the nine soaps from the P.E.C.A. rainbow soap set, during the nine days when the sheet is folded and stored.
Procapitulation with the P.E.C.A. symbol
The P.E.C.A. energy sheet may also be used for writing a “procapitulation” with the P.E.C.A. symbol. In this case a person surrenders all their unfulfilled wishes and desires about life and writes about the vision of how and in what way would they like to live it. They are allowed to dream and surrender those dreams to the pure, free-flowing electromagnetic field. They are equally allowed to express their fears and insecurities regarding the future or certain future events, such as exams, weddings, childbirth, etc. Afterwards they fold the P.E.C.A. sheet onto which they wrote it and leave it for seven days and seven nights in order for the P.E.C.A. symbol’s energy field to transform the content. On the eighth day they re-read the contents of the sheet and then burn it. The ashes may be discarded in a free-flowing river or in the toilet. It is recommended to wash with the purple P.E.C.A. soap every day, during the time that the sheet is folded and stored, as this will additionally enhance the vision of the future.

- Anyone who feels they are filled with inner burdens, grief, fear and anger or are incapable of establishing a loving relationship with themselves and others due to a poor self image or low self esteem.
- Anyone who has trouble navigating interpersonal relationships or feel that a particular relationship has left them with wounds or traumas.
- Anyone who is concluding a certain period in their life or feels that these have left them with psychological burdens, such as records, memories and impressions in their auras from a divorce, change in employment, moving, illness or death of a relative, etc.
