How to use:
The recommended daily allowance is up to 3 g (1 teaspoon). You can add the powder into mueslis, cereals, smoothies, nuts and similar dishes. Triphala is traditionally consumed in the form of a tea.
How to prepare tea:
Add approximately ½–1 teaspoon of powder into a cup of warm water and drink it. To improve taste, add some honey or agave syrup. We recommend drinking tea in the evening. Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and healthy diet.
