Prior to registering with the P.E.C.A. INTERNATIONAL d. o. o. online store the visitor must be acquainted with the general terms and conditions in question and explicitly indicate that they agree with them. If the visitor does not agree with the general terms and conditions, they cannot register in the online store and can order services and goods only at the company's headquarters, via e-mail info@pecastory.com and on the telephone number +386 1 518 4570.

Upon registration with the P.E.C.A. INTERNATIONAL d. o. o. online store the visitor obtains a username that is the same as their e-mail address and a password of their choice. The username and password unambiguously determine the user and link them to the filled in data. Upon registration, the visitor becomes a user of the P.E.C.A. INTERNATIONAL d. o. o. online store and acquires the right to purchase. The user is acquainted with and agrees with the general terms and conditions. The general terms and conditions deal with the operation of the P.E.C.A. INTERNATIONAL d. o. o. online store (www.pecastory.com), user rights and the business relationship between the provider and the user as a buyer.

The provider may change the general terms and conditions in question indefinitely and at any time. In any case, the buyer is bound by those general terms and conditions that are valid at the time of the specific purchase or order.

Availability of information

P.E.C.A. INTERNATIONAL d. o. o. undertakes to always provide the buyer with the following information:
a) the identity of the company (name and registered office, registration and tax number),
b) contact details (e-mail, telephone number),
c) the main characteristics of the goods or services, including the price of the goods or services, which includes all taxes and other charges,
d) product availability (any product offered on the online store is generally available within a reasonable time),
e) method of payment, deadline and costs of delivery,
f) time validity of the offer,
g) complaint time and procedure, including regarding the consumer's right to withdraw from the contract,
h) a precise indication of the technical steps leading to the conclusion of the contract,
i) information on whether the contract will be stored with the company or how it can be accessed,
j) technological means to identify and correct errors prior submitting the order,
k) the language in which the contract may be concluded.

Orders, delivery methods, sales contract and communication between clients

We accept orders through the online store www.pecastory.com.

Delivery of packages takes place through the logistics company GLS and national postal service Pošta Slovenije or another delivery company, which will be listed on the website of the online store. By prior arrangement, personal collection is possible at the company's headquarters, in the store.

Due to possible abuses, we reserve the right to check the order by phone or e-mail before shipping. All orders and order information are available at the company's headquarters, we can provide insight if desired.

The sales contract between P.E.C.A. INTERNATIONAL d. o. o. and the user is concluded at the moment P.E.C.A. INTERNATIONAL d. o. o. sends the buyer the first e-mail confirming their order. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the seller and the buyer. The sales contract is since then kept and made available to the user in accordance with applicable law at P.E.C.A. INTERNATIONAL d. o. o. based on the written application of the user, which the latter can send by e-mail to info@pecastory.com or by mail to the company's headquarters.

The provider may always contact the user via means of distance communication in connection with the implementation of the sales contract, unless the user explicitly objects. In this case, the user must clearly inform the provider in what way the provider can contact them, if necessary in connection with the implementation of the contract in question. If the user does not report this, it is considered they agree that the provider will inform them by mail to the address of their permanent residence, which they stated when registering in the online store.

Delivery times and other conditions of the online store

Orders placed by 1 pm every working day are usually prepared on the same day while orders placed during weekends and holidays will be prepared and shipped on a business day and no later than the next three business days after receiving the payment.

If in the above cases the goods cannot be delivered within the stated deadlines because we do not have such products in stock (eg due to a large quantity of ordered products), the delivery deadline is usually 30 days after receiving the order. If this is not possible, we will inform the user about the delivery time by phone (if available) or by e-mail.

Delivery costs are charged to the user according to the valid price list of GLS, Pošta Slovenije or another delivery company. The user chooses the delivery company by marking it in the online store.

Delivery time of the goods depends on the delivery company from the moment we submit the goods, so the user must contact the delivery company of their choice for more detailed information on delivery. As a rule, the delivery company will try to deliver the goods within the delivery deadlines as stated in their terms and conditions. For the delivery of goods outside the territory of the Republic of Slovenia, the cost of postage depends on the total weight of each order.

Upon delivery, we always provide the user with additional information regarding the right of withdrawal, especially regarding the conditions and manner of exercising the right itself. We provide the user with all the necessary information regarding the address to which the user can turn in the event of a complaint and information regarding guarantees and service or other services after the conclusion of the contract. The information is available in these general terms and conditions, and the user can also get all the information at the company's headquarters, via the e-mail address info@pecastory.com or on the telephone number +386 1 518 4570.

Prices

Prices of services are listed on the order form for an individual service. The prices of the goods are listed next to the product on the online store, so that it is completely clear to the user which price refers to which goods.

All prices are in EUR, including 22% or 9.5% VAT. The validity of the price for the selected goods or services is valid on the day of purchase, ie. on the day of completion and placing the order through the online store.

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Images can only be symbolic and do not always fully reflect the actual state. The policy of complaints and returns of goods is dealt with in accordance with applicable law.

BENEFIT FOR PURCHASES FROM OUTSIDE OF SLOVENIA

By registering in the online store at www.pecastory.com, the user is acquainted with the various options and benefits when buying products, namely:
-    regular prices without conditions for the quantity of products,
-    regular prices with a benefit for a period of 2 YEARS
-    regular prices with a benefit for a period of 4 YEARS

All users are offered regular prices at which they can order products. However, in order to receive benefits in the case of purchases for a period of 2 YEARS or 4 YEARS, the user is required to contact P.E.C.A. INTERNATIONAL. They inform the company of their decision by sending an email to info@pecastory.com and also inform the company in writing that they agree with the terms of purchase for a period of 2 YEARS or 4 YEARS, which apply to users outside Slovenia.

In the case of purchases at regular prices without conditions, the user can buy in the online store www.pecastory.com any quantity of goods at regular prices (without discount), and can make one purchase or more.

If the user opts for a 2-YEAR benefit, it is necessary to purchase at least 12 products from the offer in each trimester (3-month period). After 1 year, P.E.C.A. INTERNATIONAL will review the purchases and determine whether the user qualifies for benefits. The benefit means that after 1 year, the eligible user obtains a credit and can redeem it on the next purchase. In the same way, the user obtains a credit after the expiration of the 2nd year. The amount of the credit is the difference between the regular prices of the purchased products in the period of 1 year and the reduced price valid for the 2 YEAR benefit (PRICE LIST FOR 2 YEAR BENEFIT).

If the user opts for a 4-YEAR benefit, it is necessary to purchase at least 12 products from the offer in each trimester (3-month period). After 1 year, P.E.C.A. INTERNATIONAL will review the purchases and determine whether the user qualifies for benefits. The benefit means that after 1 year, the eligible user obtains a credit and can redeem it on the next purchase. The amount of the credit after the 1st year is the difference between the regular prices of the purchased products in the period of the first year and the reduced prices valid for the 2 YEAR benefit (see the attached price list). The amount of the credit after the 2nd year is the difference between the regular prices of the purchased products in the period of the second year and the reduced price valid for the 2 YEAR benefit. The amount of the credit after the 3rd year is the difference between the regular prices of the products purchased in the third year between and the reduced price valid for the 4 YEAR benefit, to which we add the difference between the price for 2 YEARS benefit and the price for 4 YEARS benefit for the products purchased in the first and second year. The amount of the credit after the 4th year is the difference between the regular prices for the purchased products in the period of the fourth year and the reduced price valid for the 4 YEAR benefit (PRICE LIST FOR 4 YEAR BENEFIT).

Return of goods

The main characteristics of the goods or services are marked on the goods (on each product separately) or described on the order form for an individual service.

In cases where the user is not satisfied with the purchased goods, they have the right to return it. The user must notify the company in writing of his decision within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the goods and return the goods within a further 14 days to the address: P.E.C.A. INTERNATIONAL d. o. o. Miheličeva 18, 1000 Ljubljana. If the new product is more expensive than the original, the user must pay the difference or the difference in the purchase price will be refunded if the product is cheaper (eg in the case of an inappropriate confection number or product model).

The user can also exchange the goods in which the factory defects are hidden in the fabric within two months from the day the defect was discovered, but there may not be 2 years from the delivery of the new product. The user must return the goods to the company no later than 14 (fourteen) days after the written notice of withdrawal or return of the goods.

Returned products must be delivered in the same quantity, unused, undamaged, packed in the original packaging, and a copy of the invoice must be submitted.

The costs incurred as a result of returning the goods are paid by the user.

When returning the goods, the user must also send an invoice for the goods and personal data and the transaction account to which they wish to receive the returned payment.

The user may exchange the goods under the above conditions. They can also opt for a refund or credit note. We will refund the purchase price for returned products to the users transaction account within 15 days of receiving the goods, or we give a credit note by agreement.

In respect of matters not expressly mentioned in the document in question, the P.E.C.A. INTERNATIONAL d. o. o. acts and the Slovenian civil order, in particular the Code of Obligations and the Consumer Protection Act are used.

Methods of payment

P.E.C.A. INTERNATIONAL d. o. o. enables the following payment methods:

Purchase process

I. Product selection: On the website www.pecastory.com, select the product and click on the "Add to cart" link. The system notifies you that the product has been successfully added to the cart. To continue shopping, click the "Continue shopping" link on the left and return to the online store. To complete your purchase, click the "View cart & checkout" link and the system will take you to the shopping cart.
II.Removing a product from the shopping cart: On the website www.pecastory.com, there is a shopping cart icon in the upper right corner, in which (after clicking on the icon) the user is shown the products they have added to the shopping cart. If a user wants to remove a specific product from the shopping cart, they must click on the shopping cart icon and click "remove". If the user wants to add a specific product to the cart, they must click on "Products"; by clicking on the mentioned link, they return to the online store.
III. Shopping Cart: You must fill in the required fields to complete your order.

1. Delivery address: You must provide the required contact information, which are marked with a red asterisk (name, surname, address, city, postal code, country, e-mail address and telephone number), which we need to confirm and complete the order and for product delivery.
2. The online form allows a user account to be created and user data is already saved on the next order.
3. Delivery method: The user can choose between the GLS delivery service or national postal service Pošta Slovenije.
4. Method of payment: You can choose between the following methods of payment: payment by proforma invoice or payment via Paypal.
5. Order overview: The products that the user added to the shopping cart while browsing the online store are displayed. The price and quantity of each product, the cost of postage, the value of VAT, postage and the total amount to be paid are shown in the shopping cart before the order is completed.
6. In order to complete the order, the user must agree to the general terms and conditions stated on the web link "I agree with the general terms and conditions".

IV. Completion of the order: The user can view the submitted delivery details, the payment method they have chosen and the contents of the shopping cart. The user confirms the order by clicking on the "Place order" button. If the order was successfully completed, the text "Your order was successful" will be displayed on the website. After placing the order, the customer receives an e-mail notification that the order has been accepted. The General Terms and Conditions are available to the user at all times, both before and after the order is placed. The order can be placed in the English language. The seller may call the buyer on their contact telephone number to verify the information or to ensure the accuracy of the delivery. The purchase procedure for legal entities is exactly the same as for natural persons, except that at the end of the purchase they also enter the name of the company and the tax number of the company. Payment options are the same as well.

Security

The provider uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data, orders and payments.

Issuance of invoice

After delivery and payment of the ordered items, P.E.C.A. INTERNATIONAL d. o. o. also sends an invoice to the buyer. The invoice breaks down the price and all costs associated with the purchase. The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data before placing the order.

Exclusion of liability

P.E.C.A. INTERNATIONAL d. o. o. reserves the right to disable the website or disable access to it at any time due to technical or other problems, maintenance and other reasons, which also means disabling or impeding the use of the online store. In case of technical problems on the website, we reserve the right to cancel orders that were placed, due to a technical error. In case of cancellation of orders, we will inform you as soon as possible and inform you of the next steps.

Complaints and disputes

P.E.C.A. INTERNATIONAL d. o. o. respects the applicable European consumer protection legislation and has established an effective complaint handling system and by an internal act designated a person with whom the customer can contact by telephone or e-mail in the event of problems. Complaints should be submitted via email to info@pecastory.com. The appeal procedure is confidential. P.E.C.A. INTERNATIONAL d. o. o. will acknowledge receiving the complaint within five working days, inform the customer how long it will take to deal with it and keep them informed of the progress of the procedure. The provider is aware that the essential feature of a consumer dispute, at least as far as judicial resolution is concerned, is its disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute, which is the main obstacle to the consumer's failure to sue. That is why we strive to resolve any disputes amicably. In the case of judicial settlement of disputes, the competent court in Ljubljana shall have the jurisdiction over the subject matter.

Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes

In accordance with legal norms, we do not acknowledge any provider of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes as competent for resolving consumer disputes that could be initiated by the consumer in accordance with the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act. P.E.C.A. INTERNATIONAL d. o. o., as a provider of goods and services, enables online trade in the territory of Slovenia, Europe and some other countries, publishes on its website an electronic link to the platform for online resolution of consumer disputes (SRPS). The platform is available to consumers at the link HERE .

The said regulation derives from the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act, Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of online settlement of consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22 / EC.

INTERNATIONAL d. o. o. and the P.E.C.A. advisor assigned to them and written on the order form, collects their personal data (name, surname, date of birth, place of birth, address, e-mail address, telephone number) and processes their personal data (name, surname, e-mail address and address of residence) for the purpose(s) of forwarding the messages indicated by the user on the website:

The unsubscription will be considered by both P.E.C.A. INTERNATIONAL d. o. o. as well as P.E.C.A. advisor. The user can contact the person authorized for the protection of personal data via the same e-mail address and telephone number. The name and contact details of the person responsible for personal data protection are published on the company's website www.pecastory.com and on the company's bulletin board at the company's headquarters.

At P.E.C.A. INTERNATIONAL d. o. o. and P.E.C.A. adviser, we carefully protect all personal data provided in accordance with the regulations on personal data protection. To apply for notifications, we use a strict system of prior approval of the use of personal data, which means that we communicate only with persons who explicitly agree that they want to receive notifications in a certain way (by regular mail, e-mail). The user has the right to object to the processing of their personal data at any time. In accordance with the applicable legislation, the user also has the right to forget or delete, the right to correction, the right to the transfer of personal data and the right to access their personal data, as follows:
