P.E.C.A. Bed sheet - bamboo

The P.E.C.A. energy sheet has several smaller P.E.C.A. symbols embroidered throughout its surface to strengthen and regenerate the spinal energy vortexes, also called the vortexes of will power. Each of those psychologically balances our attitudes towards certain aspects of life. When damaged, these vortexes psychologically destroy a person’s will power in certain areas of their lives, preventing them from functioning correctly.

• The lumbar or pelvic vortex on the lower back is connected to the level of sexual energy and sexual will.

• The posterior solar plexus vortex located above the kidneys defines a person’s relationship towards their health and the will to self-heal.

Instruction for use:

• It is recommended to wash with the white P.E.C.A. soap for three consecutive days prior to first using the bed sheet, as the soaps’ frequency will help intensely purify the vortexes’ psychological residue.
• To mend the energy system, use the bed sheet regularly for at least 70 consecutive days then continue using it until your problems disappear – possibly for several years.
• If certain areas of your spine or legs, such as the neck, the lower back or below the knees, are specifically injured, you may place the P.E.C.A. undermat underneath the sheet where your injuries are located. This will additionally target the blockades that are stronger in these areas.
• When using the P.E.C.A. bed sheet, the body will release toxins more frequently, so it is recommended that you wash it weekly.

Structure: energy bed sheet, with the P.E.C.A. symbols embroidered throughout the fabric, is composed of 90 % organically produced bamboo and 10 % lycra. It is very elastic.
Dimension:  90 x 200 cm, 160 x 200 cm and 200 x 200 cm with side height circa 25 cm. It is also suitable for waterbeds. Due to the fabric’s exceptional elasticity, all dimensions are suitable for either larger or smaller mattresses.
Colour: beige
Maintenance: wash in a washing machine up to 40°C, drying in a dryer is not recommended.
Shrinkage: maximum 6 % in width and length.
